The Spanish Register of Osteopaths (ROE) is a non-profit association that brings together osteopathy professionals in Spain who meet European standards for training, ethics, and clinical practice. These standards are set out by both the World Health Organization (WHO) and Osteopathy Europe (OE), to which the ROE is affiliated as the Spanish representative within the Federation of Osteopaths of Spain (FOE).

Being a member of the ROE means:

Belonging to a professional community recognized in Europe through the Federation of Osteopaths of Spain (FOE) and Osteopathy Europe (OE), which represents more than 28,000 osteopaths and is affiliated with the Osteopathic International Alliance (OIA), an organization that has held official relations with the World Health Organization (WHO) since 2018.
Having a seal of trust for patients and society, which distinguishes professionals trained and committed to ethics and quality of care.
Having national and international representation, with a unified voice to defend osteopathy in Spain and promote its official recognition as an independent profession.
